Authory.tech was founded in autumn 2025 by three co-founders who joined forces to help educators verify authentic student work in the age of generative AI.

Taking care of the management, strategy and technology of the company. Informatics Engineer, graduated from UOC.
Rosa Garcia, Co-founder

Co-founder

Responsible for the business growth, marketing and relation with institutions. Degree in Anthropology, with postgraduate studies in Marketing.
Mar Garcia, Co-founder

Mar

Co-founder

Responsible for cybersecurity and data protection. Certificate of Higher Education in IT, specialized in Cybersecurity.

Our Story

Authory.tech is a private company, funded entirely by its founding team. What started as a project in autumn 2025 quickly became a mission: Authory.tech joined the EduTECH Emprèn 2025 cohort at UOC, went on to represent the company at 4YFN in Barcelona, and became a finalist at the SpinUOC 2026 contest.

  1. October 2025 Authory.tech is founded and joins the EduTECH Emprèn 2025 cohort at UOC.
  2. 2026 3 pilots deployed in secondary education centers, helping 13 teachers score more than 300 submissions.
  3. March 2026 The whole team represents Authory.tech at 4YFN in Barcelona.
  4. June 2026 Finalists at the SpinUOC 2026 contest.
  5. Autumn 2026 Commercialization begins.
  6. Autumn 2026 Authory.tech joins the Hubbik incubator at UOC.
